Neil produced the new revised edition of the laws up to the actual day of the first military coup in 1987. The revision took 2 years and produced 14 volumes of the laws to 1984, and was published between the first and second Fiji coups.
Neil completed the new revised edition of the laws over 2 years and produced 10 volumes total (5 in English and 5 in the Tongan language) published as at 1989.

A brief law revision was completed. This later involved the first on-line publishing of the laws on the internet using the iLAWS system developed by our partner WWT4 Pty Ltd.
Completed and published 2002; a major undertaking with hardcopy and integrated law publishing system (from WWT4) so that the statute book could be constantly updated with changes and new laws added.
Completed and published in 2004, after 20 years, this time with iLAWS from WWT4 making this one of the best jurisdictions in the Pacific despite its size.
From his home in the Channel Islands Neil went to Tonga in 2007 to work on constitutional changes and took on the full-time role of Attorney General. The iLAWS system from WWT4 was installed as a dual language version.
The Bahamas Laws were revised to 2010, including numerous annual updatings of the laws in digital and hardcopy versions which were published and promulgated. The project included the iLAWS Drafting and Web Publishing solutions from WWT4.
